Artwork done by Ashley Shepherd 11th Grade-Final Bug's Perspective piece. Great Job! |
My favorite thing about painting is that i'm better at it then drawing,
ReplyDeleteMostly i need to work on blending my darker colors better.. but Roselynne says I don't need to work on anything because i'm amazing
I think my strengths are my blending skills. My weaknesses were making them look three dimensional or giving them a shadow. My favorite thing about painting is that it actually makes me try my hardest. I think i need to work on making the colors and the drawing look more realistic with the paint.
ReplyDeleteI think the strength in my painting was my shading. The weakness of my painting was the edges of my objects. Since we been using full colors, my favorite part is that the paintings can be more realistic. I need to work on my edges of my objects.
ReplyDeletePersonally I feel I need to work on getting darker to lighter with some colors and I also think I should have painted the environment much larger, then I did. Although my favorite part of the project is that we get to use all the colors we want.
ReplyDeleteIt was easy for me to put different shades into my flower but it was difficult to create the blurry sky background. I copied my painting from a black and white picture so it was hard to pick out colors to create the picture. I think i need to work on taking my time. My favorite thing about my painting is the flower itself.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite thing about painting is seeing the completed project. My weaknesses were making the flower look realistic, blending, and being able to make it visible that some parts of the painting were closer and some were in the background.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite thing about the painting is that my coloring and shading, it seems improved. I think my weakness is perspective and the habit of painting at perspectives strangely. My weakness is that my flower looks rather one dimensional.
ReplyDeleteThe picture didn't turn out the way I wished it would, and I wish I hadn't made a couple of changes. My weaknesses are that I lost interest in the background and it didn't turn out well, or the fact it looks 1-dimensional. Something that may have improved? This was the first time I've used canvas and I rather like it, plus I learned some tricks for learning it. :)
ReplyDeleteI think my biggest weakness for this project was detail. However, my strengths were blending and showing the different shades of color in the flowers and sky. My favorite part of painting is trying different methods to try and make the artwork look better and more presentable.
ReplyDeleteI liked that I was able to show depth in my grass with shading and size. My favorite part is the shadowing in the bottom right side of my piece. I could have done better at making the ball look more 3-D but overall enjoyed the project and thought I did well
ReplyDeleteWell um i am trash with paint so i didn't do very well.Well i prefer pencil and chalk shading myself i don't prefer paint at all.I am not good period i need work all the way around.
ReplyDeleteI think that my strengths with this project were being able to blend the colors of the flowers to make them look realistic. My weakness for this project was the depth of the flowers. I enjoy painting with colors because it opens up the possibilities of how you can make your project.
ReplyDeleteI feel that my strengths in this project were my shading and my attention to the detail of the flowers. >w< Although, I do feel like I had some weaknesses, I feel like I could have had more going on and had a more interesting background.... V_V
ReplyDeleteMy Favorite thing about this painting was the different colors in it and how they stand out!!!! ^^
I feel like the thing that I need to work on the most is attending to getting the edges more sharp.
